1. Services: MindPeak Coaching offers personal growth and development coaching through customized programs designed to help individuals achieve their life goals. Our services are provided based on the information and preferences you share with us.

2. Payments: Payments for coaching services are required upfront, according to the plan selected. We offer multiple coaching plans, including the Starter Plan at $49 per session, the Growth Plan at $129 per month, and the Transformation Plan at $249 per month. Payments can be made through the methods specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds: Clients can cancel coaching sessions with 24 hours' notice. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions without prior notice. Monthly subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for participating actively in your coaching sessions and following through with the agreed-upon strategies. MindPeak Coaching is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of our services.

5. Changes to Terms: MindPeak Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
